performed at WIPP are governed by the WIPP CH Waste Documented

accordance with guidance contained in Title 10 Code of Federal
Regulations (CFR), Part 830, Subpart B, "Safety Basis Requirements."
The derivation of TSRs and operational controls are contained in
Chapter 5 of the CH DSA.
