Centralized Procurement Program
Welcome
to the Carlsbad Field Offices (CBFO) Centralized
Procurement (CP) Program Web Page.
The purpose of the Centralized Procurement
Program is to provide a standardized, economical system
of acquisition and distribution of common or critical
transuranic (TRU) waste products. The program is
available for use by DOE contractors.
The program is designed to allow
user sites to procure products manufactured to
standardized quality, procurement, and engineering
requirements. The WIPP Management & Operation
Contractor (MOC), Washington TRU Solutions (WTS),
administers the program. WTS is the design authority for
all products currently offered in the program with the
exception of the TRU Shield™ Container.
The information provided here
includes basic program elements and the products
available for purchase. Any additional information
regarding these elements may be requested from the
applicable Point of Contact.
