SOURCES SOUGHT - PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR TECHNICAL TRAINING AND PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT

Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC (NWP) is seeking the professional services of experienced Procedure Writers and Senior Technical Trainers (Analyst / Developer) to restructure, improve and upgrade procedures program processes and Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) various technical training programs.

Procedure Writer candidates shall have a PPA AP-907-005 “Procedures Writers Manual” Certificate, knowledge of verification and validation (V&V), and documented knowledge and experience with typical writing protocols associated with technical procedures. Candidates shall have proficiency with Microsoft Word (formatting, tables, headers and footers) as well as other MS Office suite software (Excel, PowerPoint).

Senior Technical Trainer (Analyst / Developer) candidates shall have experience in the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) as required for DOE Order 426.2 and / or Commercial Nuclear Industry Training. Experience at nuclear commercial or government facilities required. Candidates shall have proficiency with Microsoft Word (formatting, tables, headers and footers) as well as other MS Office suite software (Excel, PowerPoint).

NWP anticipates issuing one or more Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity subcontracts with a 12-month Base Period and one, 12-month Option Period.

SOURCES SOUGHT – Fire, Design, Project and Senior Cognizant System Engineers

Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC (NWP) is seeking the professional services of experienced facility system engineers and fire protection technicians to assist in the development and implementation of the Cognizant System Engineer (CSE) program as required by DOE Order 420.1C, Facility Safety.  Disciplines needed include Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Nuclear, Fire Protection, and Instrument & Controls.  The activities under this scope of work will include both the performance of the CSE duties, and the coaching/mentoring of CSEs.

NWP is also seeking staff augmentation professional and technical services of experienced Fire Protection, Design, Project Engineers, Senior Principle Engineers, and Fire Protection Technicians to assist in the execution of design and project engineering functions in support of the waste emplacement efforts for WIPP.  Engineers will execute engineering responsibility for conduct of one or more projects applying standard problem-solving techniques and engineering principles, concepts, theories, and methods over Plant Systems.  Disciplines needed include Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Instrument & Controls, Computer Hardware/Software, Mechanical Mining Equipment, Civil, Nuclear, Fire Protection Engineers and Technicians.

A small number of engineers are needed from the following disciplines: materials engineering, welding engineering, procurement engineering, quality engineering, procedure writers, nuclear engineering, nuclear safety analyses engineering, chemical engineering.  Also, multi-disciplined (proficient in a range of engineering disciplines and in addition are leaders broadly experienced in Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance principle, senior principle, consulting, or senior consulting engineers from among the previously listed engineering discipline areas are needed.

NWP anticipates issuing one or more Basic Ordering Agreements with a 12-month Base Period and one, 12‑month Option Period.
